Depending on the type and complexity of the case, we can agree on one of the following options:

Hourly Rate
This is the basic and most used fee arrangement. The pre-agreed hourly rate is multiplied by the number of hours worked. Clients are always informed in advance of at least the approximate number of hours expected for each task. Each invoice for legal services includes a detailed breakdown of the activities performed.

Fixed Fee (Task-Based Fee)
A fixed fee is a final, non-exceedable amount agreed upon in advance for handling the matter “from A to Z.”

Flat Monthly Fee
A flat monthly fee is a set amount paid each month, regardless of the volume of legal services provided during that month. This option is advantageous for long-term legal service arrangements.

Success Fee
A so-called success fee means that during the provision of our services, the client pays only minimal costs, and we are entitled to the main part of our fee only if we achieve the jointly agreed result.

Additional costs related to your case (such as travel expenses, postage, translations, expert opinions, etc.) and official or administrative fees (e.g., court filing fees, land registry registration or amendment fees, trademark application fees, etc.) may be added to our fee.
